About Stock Pile
Stock Pile is a falling-blocks puzzle game with a very British emergency plan. The Government says every home should keep 72 hours of tinned food, bottled water and a tin opener, so it's your job to pack the kitchen cupboard. Tins, packets and bottles drop in from the top: fill a whole shelf to stock it, and stock several shelves at once to survive more days. Catch the tin opener, because without it none of your days count. Leave the bread and bananas too long and they go furry, and the fur spreads.
How to play Stock Pile
- Press Start stockpiling.
- Move and turn each item as it falls so it fits neatly into the cupboard.
- Fill a whole shelf to stock it. Stocking more shelves at once survives more days.
- Catch the tin opener when it appears, or none of your days count.
- Clear bread and bananas before they go furry, because the fur spreads.
- Keep going until the cupboard is too full to shut. Seventy-two hours is a pass.
Tips
Leave one gap down the side and save it for a long item, so you can stock several shelves in one go. Grab the tin opener early, then worry about the bread.
